To ensure on going repeatable and accurate process control of your process Quadbeam Technologies have a number of significant features which mean better control, ultimately improving quality and/or reducing your process costs.

Self Compensating for varying conditions
Self Compensating through the use of Four Beams of light - Quadbeam. Virtually unaffected by levels of surface fouling, variation in ambient light and temperature giving a more relaiable signal and better process control. Constant recalibration is not required.

No Leaks
Impossible for Suspended Solids meters to leak through Sensor head as is made from one peice - no need for "special windows".

Simple User Interface
Calibrate on site in situ! Calibrate the meters using the actual process materials giving greater accuracy.

Range of Sensors
Quadbeam Technologies Meters are for process control therefore we do not try and cut corners by trying to make one sensor suit all applications.  We have a range of Sensors to more accurately work in the level of solids being processed.
